I spend most of my day painting, so I usually check and reply to emails between 6–8 PM each day. If you need your portrait by a certain date, please let me know as early as possible.
What kind of paint do you use?
I use high-quality acrylic paint, so the portrait can stay vibrant for a long time without fading.
How long will it take to finish my portrait?
Once you approve the composition, I’ll complete the painting and ship it within 3–6 weeks. Shipping usually takes about a week.
What is your return policy?
Because each portrait is custom-made, orders are not eligible for returns.
